Ryujiro seems to be a bit more willing to deliberately tease or troll the younger guys, and is a bit more of a showoff, though. Ryujiro - Kind of the same boat as Shinji in that you kind of need a "huskier" or buff-sounding, deep voice. I guess that vocally the closest thing Funi has to Love would be Tyson Rineheart. I'd say Andrew Love but I don't think he's done work outside of Sentai or for Funimation. (Doty's a fine voice actress, but her sound is way too pure and sweet for Chisa's biting remarks - if anything in Grand Blue, I'd say she'd be a decent match for Nanaka, but Tipton is a better fit for that role.) There's really no other option as far as I'm concerned. Plus Grelle playing a "normal" character who desperately wants to be the harem king that Grelle is often typecast as in other series seems like a fine idea to me. "Excitable supporting character" is something he's already nailed, like in the Initial D Legend films and My Roommate is a Cat. He can do extremely well with hammy or cheeky roles, and Kohei's sudden outbursts mixed with his die-hard otakudom seem like they'd work well with Grelle's range. I liked the guy already, but Chapin really surprised me with his role in Hensuki. Iori - I think I'd prefer Clifford Chapin or Austin Tindle.
